General Introduction & Acceptance

By registering on krykia or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions have been prepared in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Membership & Eligibility

To open an account on krykia, a member must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. An individual may only register one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. krykia reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Account Security & Password

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. We strongly recommend not sharing your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted from your account. You should use a strong password and change it regularly to keep your account secure. krykia will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must use the registered member's own payment method. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–5 business days, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the platform's guidelines. krykia reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from krykia automatically makes the associated specific terms and conditions applicable. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met, as detailed in the description of each offer. Attempting to obtain bonuses using multiple accounts or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the related funds. Bonus offers are time-limited and will automatically expire once the validity period ends. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

User Code of Conduct

Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage on the krykia platform are strictly prohibited. Offensive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other members is not permitted. Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations are not allowed. If any suspicious activity is detected, we may immediately suspend the account and launch an investigation. Maintaining a fair and healthy platform environment is the shared responsibility of every member.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Equally, krykia reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms and conditions violation. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the applicable rules. However, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases of closure due to a terms violation. We also honor self-exclusion requests as part of our responsible gaming policy.

Limitation of Liability

Services provided through the krykia platform are offered on an "as is" basis, and we accept limited liability for any loss caused by technical issues or service interruptions. krykia is not responsible for disruptions to gameplay caused by internet connectivity loss or device issues. However, if a member suffers a loss due to a confirmed technical error on our part, we will endeavor to resolve it through the appropriate process. Our total liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question. Applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern any legal disputes.

No, a member may only operate one account. If an attempt is made to create multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any bonus balance may be forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the fairness and security of the platform. If you are having trouble accessing a previous account, please contact the support team for assistance rather than opening a new account.

If a member voluntarily closes their account, any outstanding balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the bonus balance may be forfeited and any deposited funds will be subject to a decision based on the outcome of an investigation.
